Overall our stay went well. The house appeared as advertised and the pictures were an accurate reflection of what we found when we arrived. The location to Old Scottsdale is excellent--walking distance or short ride share. Our issues were a bunch of annoyances that could be easily rectified. The biggest issue was the fridge was not cooling properly when we arrived. I reached out to the host and did get a response that they contacted their repair person. I then noticed that the bottom of the fridge where the vent was located was caked in dust. Thick dust that had been there a while. So I spent part of the first evening cleaning the fridge vent. That seemed to solve the problem but frankly I don't think I should have had to do that. Also, very little toilet paper was provided--only about a day's worth for a 4 day stay. So we had to immediately go out and buy toilet paper. The descaler light was on the Keurig coffee maker which made me wonder when was the last time the unit was cleaned. Wet sheets were found in the dryer when we arrived. Also there was a bare minimum of towels for our group of 6, a number less than the advertised capacity for the house. Questions about the lack of toilet paper, how to get in the garage and where the location of the garbage and recycling bins went unanswered. We were able to figure everything out (garage door opener buried in a basket in the corner of the kitchen and the bins found in a not easily noticed nook in the backyard).
