Staff was customer orientated. My standard suite room was more than standard and everything was immaculate. The new bed was soft but I like hard beds. The bathroom was the best since it had a door into the bedroom and into the entry way.

Texican Court, by Valencia Hotel Collection
Accused me of damaging my room with no proof and there was absolutely no possible way I would have caused damage to my room. They removed the charge when I caught and questioned it.

Sandman Signature Plano - Frisco Hotel
Nice place to stay, very surprising hotel. Two restaurants on site, breakfast is nothing special but the typical few options. Staff are very professional and courteous. I would recommend and stay here again.

Clean and nice room. Bed was a little uncomfortable but not awful. The fact that we were there 5 days and the tv wouldn't work was bad. Maintenance never came to fix it. It's a non smoking facility but they were allowing our neighbors to smoke Marijuana and burn incense to give the smell. Made me ...
