"The room was clean. There was a storm so there was no TV or internet. The breakfast was delicious. The desk told me the breakfast was from 6am to 9am. We didn't go until 8:35, they had all the foods still and they were still fresh. For check-in I waited at least 10 minutes and I have a cane and that was a long time. The desk had a sign up that someone would be there soon. Several employees walked by but none said they would go get someone to help us. By then the line had 3 people."
