We have a jetted tub and the plug didnt work for it. There was soap scum ring that we had to clean before using in the jetted tub. Couldnt take a shower because the handle fell off and the was no cold water. Said there was a heated pool but the pool was ice cold. We ask to talk to a manager and was told onw doesnt come in until noon which is check out time. We checked out and there was still no manager available.

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They made checking in and out easy and fast. There was construction going on in front of the hotel, but I couldn't hear it from my room. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept great. Overall a great stay. I would stay there again.

The room was clean and large. Lacked a chair, which was surprising because there seemed to be ample space for one. Only chair was the desk chair. Breakfast was good and offered options, however the hot food was cold. Check in process went well and quickly.

Check in was easy the lady was very nice and friendly. Stayed in suite 307 very nice large clean quite room. Bed was very comfortable and the awesome choice pillows very comfortable. Room has a jetted tub. Remodeling going on in lobby area the work didn't bother my stay.at checkout Matt at the front desk very nice friendly guy. I would stay at this hotel again it was great 2 night stay for my birthday thanks

The location was good for me, i.e. restaurants and coffee shops and other shopping was close by and convenient. The breakfast was OK. But the reason I have not given it a good rating is the condition of the motel was poor. It was probably really nice some years ago. But it appeared to not have been maintained. For example, the first room I was given had a door that was actually off its hinges. The door could not be shut. Another poor feature was very stained carpet. This was the case in the room and hallways and reception area. With some remodeling this can be a nice motel.
