Grossly Misrepresented - Poor Customer Service
Check in processes was the only good thing about our stay. Home is advertised as new but you wouldn’t know it by the condition of the home. Furniture and rug in living area is very dirty with multiple stains. Walls are dirty they even had shoes prints on them. Roaches and ants in the home. Pest control was sent but they only sprayed near the entrances which did not help with the ants in the primary bathroom. The vacuum cleaner was broken and unsafe (prongs on plug missing). Broom provided was unusable, we bought a new one. We contacted customer service the morning after we checked in (through VRBO chat) and did not received a response for 4 days. We then contacted by phone later the same day (day after check in) and told them of our concerns. The only issue addressed was the bugs and that was never completely resolved. We also made the host aware of the cleaning supplies and battery that we purchased and were not offered compensation for the money we spent out of pocket.We felt very uncomfortable in the home due to the bugs/dirtiness.
