Bathrooms were disgusting. shower was old and filled with mold and mildew. Four towels for two full bathrooms. Towels all stained. I had to go out and purchase my own bathroom towels. Carbon monoxide detector went off in the middle of the night because batteries were never changed. Cardboard stuffed behind water heater. Fire hazard. Only three coffee cups when four people were staying at Condo. No vacuum. Filthy mop. Had problems with hot water in kitchen and dishwasher. Maintenance had to come and replace kitchen faucet. Maintenance man agreed showers were filthy. Throw rugs stained. I had to roll one of them up and put in the closet. Blinds did not work because the remote control did not have batteries. Half of the lamps in the unit did not work because there were no lightbulbs or turn switches on the lamp. Another fire hazard was that the windows could not open because the shutters blocked the cranks to open the windows. Sliding glass door frame not attached to wall leaving large gap. Host NEVER responded to any of my complaints. I reached out to VRBO and host never responded back to them. Management that was overseeing unit did not respond to all of my complaints. They did finally send me a stick vacuum after a week and a half and a new mop after two weeks. Other than that, they were of no help. I took many pictures of the unit when we arrived. Maintenance man also took video of the unit. VRBO was really no help. I do not recommend this unit or this host at all.
