Staff was kind, recieving areas clean, pool clean, room could use help. Had to clean ref., mold around tub, do they vacuum other than trafffic areas? Breakfast eh not as represented in pictures.

Kind of clean. I always wipe the tile floor in all hotel rooms upon my arrival. The floor was ok, not super clean and not as dirty as could be. But, I travel with dogs and can only imagine how dirty the carpet is. It is old and needs replacement. I just don't do bare feet in any hotel anywhere. It was quiet and staff are very friendly. Breakfast had hot eggs, biscuits gravy, sausage, pb and J, oatmeal, cereal...but no tea of any kind. $25 for one nite for the 2 dogs. Corporate wanted $50 for the two dogs so I booked online via Expedia. Saved $80 for the night over what the corporate phone number quoted.

This facility was well managed with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and well decorated. A hot breakfast was an added plus. The indoor pool could use sone attention - paint and plaster. I understand how hard it us to maintain and area with such high humudity.

The front desk person was excellent. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fine. It was quiet. I couldn't call the front desk from my room (constantly busy). My key card didn't open the fitness center. The hallway carpeting needs replacing. The hallways need re-painting. There is no overhead, main type of lighting in the room. Gloomy.

Room was disgusting, moldy, musty, curtains didnt come togethet but tape was provided to keep curtains together since they were ill fitting. There was paint peeling in bathroom and pool. Very unhappy with room. Curtains had brown ring on bottom from water and dust.
