The hotel was average, and the staff were friendly. I was more disappointed in Travelocity listing a property that was not on my way. I searched for a hotel on I-24 “around Chattanooga” and you listed in property in Paducah, Kentucky. I tried to call Travelocity and change the reservation, but your phone system kept asking me for the reservation number and wouldn’t let me talk to an agent so I hung up.

The property was nice and the staff was friendly. Only complaint was they put us in a room next to someone with a dog (we did not have a pet with us) and the dog barked all night long and the owner yelled at it all night long. It was so loud it was like they were in the room with us.

Not clean.

Rooms were dirty, our door lock didn’t work, I got a terrible ear infection swimming their pool. Gross!!! My aunt had to have her room switched cause she found hair all over her bed and they said “we don’t have cleaning staff here” so they just gave her a different room. Will not be returning. Disgusting!!!

The place looked new but beaten up like people that stayed there tore it up. People had there dog barking all night and someone let their dog pee on the corner by the elevator and didnt clean it up.

Do not stay if you are concerned with cleanliness.

We had our two small dogs with us (under 10 lbs). UPON ENTERING THE ROOM IT WAS IMMEDIATELY KNOWN THAT THERE WAS DOG URINE ALL OVER THE FLOOR. When I tried to clean a few of the pots I saw, the towel was not only coming up with yellow (pet urine) but also dirt, as the towel was almost black. The floor was filthy.
