This place was just ok. Staff was friendly when checking in. But the room had coins left on the floor, which makes me question if it was vacuumed. Bathroom towels felt damp and there weren’t any washcloths.

Booty a great place

The lobby had a really bad outdoor and so did the halls. You could smell smoke at the end of one hall. The room had a strange smell butt nothing compared to the lobby. Room was clean and the TV wasn't hooked up correctly when we got there but they quickly fixed it.

A good bed, quiet, but “pebble in the shoe” issues

We slept on a decent bed and we bathed, so mission accomplished. But, the poor quality was all around. Upon arrival at night, I stepped out of my car into a large quantity of sticky substance. Weeds populated the planters. The front staff were pleasant, both nighttime and morning. No shower curtain!! The toilet seat moved back and forth. No facial tissue in the dispenser. One of the two bedside lamps was not working. (Like the shower curtain, this mattered because there were two of us.) In the morning, a staffer knocked on the door and tried to say something but failed. I took a gamble with my Spanish and asked if he was trying to ask if we planned to stay another night. He said yes.

On the surface it looked ok. Until we saw a roach crawl across the dresser. As we were looking for the bug, we noticed cat fences behind the dresser. We notified the front desk, we were immediately given a new room. Get to the new room and the room smelled like smoke, the bath tub spout was caked in mildew. The floors were filthy, at this point we are keeping everything in our bags and just going to sleep and get out first thing in the morning. I was so hopeful, but seriously disappointed.

I have no idea how this hotel had anything above an average rating. Couldn't find the building because the sign wasn't lit. When we walked in it smelled like someone had been cooking. Everything was in a very worn condition and the room smelled stale...possibly smoked in. The room next to us must have had a dog that barked for several hours early this morning. When I dropped the key card off at the front desk no one was there to tell.

The room was overall adequate. There was black mold on the sides and bottom of the bathtub. It was easily wiped away. There was dirt in the hallways and the whole place needed some updating. The ice machine was broken. The choice of reataurants within walking disrance was great

It was confusing to find the front door because there was no signage other than the very tall sign. The unkept surrounding landscape and lack of signage I thought the building was empty.

Terrible. I requested and paid for a non smoking room. What I was given was a room with so much smoke odor that we weren’t able to sleep. I called right after check in and complained about the overwhelming smoke odor and was told “sorry about that” but no offer to switch rooms. We left our suitcases and bags in the back of our truck for the reminder of our trip because the smoke odor they absorbed was overwhelming. Poor customer care and service. Non smoking room should mean just that.
