"Very nice stay, spacious rooms (for London!), helpful concierge/doormen and good vegetarian room service menu! The only minor comment I'd make to the Room Staff would be to consider what's been used by guests ... and please replenish exactly that! ... so since my wife is a big coffee drinker, then notice that the coffee pods have been consumed and add a couple of replacements ... "A really wonderful stay for one night after travelling. We were travel weary and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a little old fashioned and the bath took a long while to run, however the shower was powerful and hot which was excellent. Toiletries were very good; showers cap, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body milk and body lotion. Tea and coffee, milk and kettle provided. On the downside, I sent two messages several days before arrival asking if we could leave our luggage before arriving several hours before check in time but did not receive a response. Check in and check out were online and that personal touch was lost, however it does make the process more efficient would imagine. We did check in early but room wasn’t ready (as expected) and we left our luggage so we could go and enjoy our day. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. When we did come back to collect the key we weren’t advised about hotel facilities or breakfast options which was a shame. We had a croissant and coffee in the coffee shop the morning of departure but it seems a breakfast was available at a good price in The Green Stag on the premises. Location was excellent. Nearer to High Street Kensington than we thought on the map. Lovely area. We would definitely stay again. "

"This was our first trip to London, and we had a great stay! The hotel’s location near Bayswater station made getting around the city very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy our last day without worry. The neighborhood was charming and full of character and close to some great cafes, restaurants and a grocery store— we’d definitely stay here again!"

"The Clermont was a fabulous hotel with beautiful ambience & comfortable stay. Everyone was so hospitable & kind. The location was also a plus close to Victoria Station, restaurants , & shopping. Definitely a place we would stay at again!"
