The room was fine. But it faced out onto the pool. The waterfall was noisy. Also the families around the pool were loud until after 10pm. Lock on window was broken and less than safe. Otherwise met our needs - somewhere to stay while we visited the parks. Price very reasonable.

I have stayed at this hotel many, many times over decades with my family. Always pleasant. Great location. One thing we didn’t enjoy this time was the neighbors. We stayed in a smaller unit and you could hear (and smell) everything the bigger unit was doing, including making breakfast at 6am. Maybe invest in sealing the shared door better to give guests more privacy.

Nice quiet property with clean rooms. Only downside is no elevators but they only have 3 floors max so not too bad to deal with. Close to Sea World and other attractions but off the beaten path. Dining options within a 2 minute drive or short walk. Would stay at again.

This is a timeshare property which we owned at years ago. So we are very familiar with this resort. We booked a 3 bedroom unit for our needs this trip and the location. Three days before we arrived the resort called my husband and confirmed we booked a handicapped unit on 1st floor. My husband said NO handicapped but we would take 1st floor. When we arrived (after 4pm) there was confusion about our reservation and resort INSISTED i booked a handicapped room …no one in our party is in need of that so I would never book a handicapped room. This went back and forth and then they were “trying” to put us in another room (speaking in Spanish) and then finally told us the room was not ready yet. We had dinner reservations so we couldn’t change or freshen up and had to go right to our dinner after driving 8 + hours. When we got back we still ended up with a handicapped room. The one bathroom had literally no water pressure and the unit didn’t appear to be “updated” as the regular rooms as we remember were. Maintenance came next day and replaced the entire shower head (yet front desk said you could just adjust shower head for the water pressure) also sink faucet in kitchen was loose, we told them about this but it wasn’t fixed. We also had excessive noise above us one night (security was sent after a call to front desk) and that was resolved. Also half the jets in the hot tub were not working. Just not what we were accustomed to at this resort years ago.

We stayed for Thanksgiving since they offered a full kitchen. Unfortunately, there were tiny bugs all over the stove and refrigerator. They sent someone to spray but it did nothing to get rid of the bugs.

In general, the structure is good and well maintained, but it does not reflect what is shown in the photos. In reality, the room I stayed in had an old appearance. But I would still recommend it to others without any problem. Another point to improve would be the café’s opening hours — who has ever seen a café open at 9:00 a.m.? Since I had to leave before 9, I had to have breakfast somewhere else.

I recently stayed here for 11 nights and it was amazing. The property is beautiful, parking and room access is very convenient, I had a gorgeous view from our balcony, the room was very nice and spacious, and the customer service was incredible. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. Also, the location is perfect if you are visiting all the various theme parks, we were centrally located and only had to drive around 10-15 mins to each park (without tolls). There is also a 24 hr Wawa across the street which was perfect for a quick dinner after the parks!

Clean room, as described. Asked if we could store bags as our flight wasn’t til the afternoon and they gave us a later checkout. Rooms with connecting doors do let a lot of sound come through from the neighbours, but didn’t bother us too much. Convenient location to most parks, offer a free shuttle too universal and couple of Disney parks. Only a short trip to disney springs and SeaWorld. The pool is nice and heated, the hot tub was very much welcomed after being on our feet all day. Free parking if you hire a car, we just used Uber which was cheap and convenient. Lots of food options within walking distance. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Two stars for the staff. The room was outdated, ac can only be at 72 no lower. The ceiling fan is stuck on slow only and doesn’t change speed to cool off the room. The bed was like sleeping on tile it was that hard I was crying from back and hip pain. I finally called the desk and they brought a 3 or 4 inch memory foam topper. There’s absolutely zero parking I had to park down the street and walk. But thankful for the employees that’s all I can say positively about the place.
