"We loved the staff!!! Especially Shayla the Concierge 👏👏👏👏👏 she was outstanding on both our first two nights and our returning 1 night after driving through Scotland. She was exceptionally welcoming and helpful and we were thrilled to learn that she too was Canadian 🇨🇦. She made our stay at the Leonardo Royal Edinburgh that much better 👏👏thank you Shayla!! Our only glitch was that despite a visit from a technician, the TV in room 209 is NOT working. It will randomly change channels and change the volume without warning or prompting and in fact we couldn’t even get it to stay turned off - we had to turn its switch off. This was a minor glitch and everything else, including Shayla and the other staff interactions were outstanding. "
