Staff was fantastic! Had an issue with toilet running non-stop when I got into my room. Which I must say the room was impeccable. But I let the front desk know they put me in a new room immediately, already it nice and warm, helped me move all my stuff. Truly above and beyond!

People who allow their pets to defecate on the grass and do not pick up the pet waste so others do not walk on it need to held accountable and it was unreasonable. Staff was very friendly and no complaints about the staff

staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast bar well stocked with hot and cold options, fruit, cereal, excellent coffee (Community). Facility areas very clean. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the bathroom floor could have been cleaner - there was some hair and dust accumulated around vanity legs and in corners. Otherwise the fixtures were spotless
