"Check-in started at 3 PM. When we got there at 4 PM the room wasn’t ready and there were six rooms. I had a mess to be cleaned. We were going to a concert so we were told to just come back after the concert to get our key. We got a key at 2 AM and entered the room. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. I checked the trash cans to see if they were empty to confirm that the room had actually been cleaned.” there were spots on the floor, hair on the floor, sheets were stained, a hair in the bed, etc. It was 2 AM so we had no choice but to just stay. We got out of there first thing in the morning and will never go back."
