The experience at this property was horrible. I highly would not recommend. There was no working heater or hot water in multiple rooms. The bathroom sliding door was not able to close resulting in no privacy. The staff would not accommodate anything or help with any issues. Very rude and unprofessional

ROOM Wasnt updated. Was told their disabled rooms werent all.updated. Pool n hot tub closed the 3 days there (which why we chose this place) Sink n toilet drainage was very slow and shower was broke. Hot water worked half the time. Wa stild cartridge in shower daucet needed replacing was broke. Told run hot water 10 mins that would help some. Smh cost too.much to be this wild

Hotel overall was good for our family of 5, room was spacious, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful storing luggage, getting extra sheets, pillows, supplies, etc. Water pressure and hot water were issues throughout the stay. Only 1 shuttle running to and from airport, so that took some time to get to and from the hotel. Free breakfast was sufficient and saved a lot of money with a 5 day stay. Pool was OK - hot tub was not hot, not the cleanest pool area but the kids didn't mind. Pretty easy 35-45 minute travel into Manhattan via Uber or 60-75 minute commute via NJ train. Would stay there again for the price and location.
