Our 5 day stay was great. We loved all of the friendly, hard-working staff who helped us with many small requests. Beds comfortable, rooms so clean, hotel very secure and safes in rooms. The indoor attached valet parking was very convenient. Breakfasts are simple, so bring your own fruit or bagel toppings if you like those things. We also enjoyed a nearby restaurant for dinner.

The room was clean and comfortable. It's right by the subway which was great. There were not a lot of options for breakfast but it was decent, would have liked some more cooked options. The bathroom door came out of place the moment we got into the room and it took them two days to fix it. They did offer us late check out because it took them a while to fix it. The staff are very friendly and nice.

Nice hotel bear Bronx Grand Concourse

Located near the Grand Concourse. Easy access to the subway 4/5 trains 138 St/ Grand Concourse and 6 train at 3 Ave 138 st. Arrived before check-in time and was able to check-in early. Facility is very modern and rooms are very comfortable. Key card entry required on elevator. Morning breakfast is provided with yogurt, fruit, waffles, breakfast sandwich, breads and bagels, coffee and juices. Restaurant/bar was quite busy in the evening with DJ. Facility has a gym. Staff were very helpful. Surrounding area is a bit sketchy looking but didn't encounter any problems.

We liked that it was a convenient location to the ball park!! We didn’t like that it was located what it looked like to be an alley, and that the room was so tiny you really didn’t have much room to even turn around..

The room smelled like there was a previous smoker or maybe somebody had been smoking in the hall, I noticed it but was too tired to switch thinking it wouldn’t be so bad but then it was hard to sleep.
