The elevator is really terrible here. Had to wait like 20 min to get to my floor. Went to take the stairs due to it taking to long and I was on the 12th floor.

Location is amazing. Step right out onto Times Square! Parking in the garages is expensive for the night and I had no access to my car once it was parked until I picked it up. The elevators were a big of a wait, but I loved my room and stay over all.

The room with the double beds is small. However still has the ammenities in room. Updated bathroom. The hotel has a restaurant in the 2nd floor which was nice. The hotel does have parking at a nearby garage two blocks away, however we had to use and find another garage close by due to the garage the hotel goes through not being accessible. Overall everything worked out and we had a nice stay.

Super super super super friendly staff.They just went above and beyond to every detail. We had a group of 7 rooms traveling for a work trip. Oasis was so nice and accommodating to our many requests. The $20 nightly credit yo use on premise is a really nice touch: you can use it at the Carnegie Diner on the 2nd floor, or their beautiful rooftop bar, the self-checkout snack market or their lobby bar. Extremely comfortable beds and electric blackout shades were a bonus! Plus, amazing location and gorgeos modern design. AND amazing rates!! 👏 You nailed ir voco Times Square Broadway-- made me look like a HERO. Thank you!!

Rooms are quite small, where bed is hitting the wall at foot of the bed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The elevators take unusually long time to get you to any floor. Almost 10 min elevator ride each time. It’s ideal for solo travelers with excellent location close to Times Square.

The price and location was perfect, right in Times Square, but the rooms were quiet and dark at night! The room was super clean, well thought out and space efficient, not to mention beautiful finishings. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The only negative was the elevator system and having to wait so long for one. Other than that, we would most definitely return! Great find!

A ver .. un hotel limpio y bien decorado en el corazón de time square.. todo parece ser perfecto … PERO CON EL PEOR ELEVADOR DE LA VIDA. El tiempo que perdí esperando elevador no me había pasado nunca. Tienen ese sistema que lo llamas y te dice a qué elevador te tienes que subir … bueno… malisimo. Uno no funcionaba, otro después de tal hora lo usa el restaurante solamente. Pero imaginen en hora pico lo que era eso?. No lo recomiendo a no ser que te guste esperar 10 min un elevador y luego ir todo apretado parando piso a piso. Ah! El gym es mínimo muy muy pequeño le faltan máquinas y más cosas.

When I arrived at 4:00, it was a half hour wait in line. Everyone looked frustrated in line and it was hot in that lobby. It was finally my turn to check in, and my room wasn’t ready at 4:33pm. The employee apologized, but there was nothing she could do. I asked if any rooms were available and she said there was one which she claimed didn’t have a view but a king sized bed, so I said I would just take that one. She knocked off $30 for the amenities, but wasn’t sure if that particular room cost less. It should have because it was very small. I had to immediately call guest services which took me 10 minutes because the phone kept ringing to get more towels(one set) for 2 people. Eventually, I received them a half hour later. I paid extra for the valet($200), but we ended up not even using it and still got charged. The elevator situation is just a nightmare and the coffee machine in the room didn’t work. No one to help take the bags up to the room and even the “door man” was late on the doors! I will never go back to this hotel and caution others.

Property felt modern and clean. Staff was always helpful. Air conditioning was awesome and beds were very comfy. The noise from the street was fairly minimal. At certain hours the lobby and elevators get very crowded. The system utilizes a touch screen outside of the elevators to select the floor and direct you to the right elevator. Seems practical but when there is a large crowd or people spam the controls, it forces the elevators to stop on unnecessary floors. Overall a great experience and recommended.

The staff, location and overall place was great. Although the rooms are small, they are fairly well thought out to maximize space. The blinds are electric with a blackout and sheer shade. Blackout is needed as the lights in Times Square never turn off. The biggest downside is the horrible elevator system, they have 4 cars but with the call system it takes a long time to go up or down. During peak times, people would call multiple floors, more floors called than people can fit into the actual elevator. This would cause the lift to stop at many floors unnecessarily. Then when people didn’t get in they would call it again resulting in the problem getting worse. Once a floor is called there’s no way to cancel it. They need to improve this system.

The staff was wonderful and truly so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. There were a few issues with the elevator system, which is a bit confusing at first. There is one central panel where you select your floor, and it tells you which of the four elevators to use since there are no floor buttons inside the elevators themselves. We also experienced a fire alarm on our last morning, which delayed us getting ready, so it was a little frustrating to have housekeeping knocking on our door around 10:45 while we were still trying to get organized afterward. The valet service was great once everything was sorted out, though I did have to hunt someone down when we first checked in, which was a bit stressful after traveling. The room itself was small but very well done. The beds were comfortable, and the location was amazing. Overall, despite a few hiccups, I would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is very nice and over all clean. The floors were dirty but the most concerning issue is that the room was sooooooo small, felt like a queen size bed stuffed in a closet, busting at its seams. They have a lot of hidden fees and i have still not received my refund for the incidental charge they hold and its been a week. We left the hotel room perfectly fine, other than used towels and trash in the trash can.
