Even though breakfast was included in my room, I never received the necessary voucher on check-in, and then was treated rather rudely by the man at breakfast when I walked in without a voucher. The front desk staff should always remember to give guests who are entitled to free breakfasts their vouchers to avoid unpleasant experiences like mine

The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathrooms sink was stopped up and the shower water sprayed everywhere. The heater was extremely loud. We chose the room for value and convenience so I understood it was not going to be 5 star however the accomodations were very poor unfortunately.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Room was basic but satisfactory. The only complaint is that it was never serviced -- I got in late my second night there to find that nothing had been cleaned or refreshed, and it was too late to have anything done about it.
