Our room was canceled on Springhill's error. Rebooking cost us more money. Mold was present in the sink area. Carpets in hallways & elevator are in dire need of cleaning. The rooms need it also. Expedia promised a refund. Still waiting to hear about that.

The hotel had delicious food options for breakfast. The only negative for me would be NO POOL. The hotel showed some pictures of a pool, but there is no pool at this hotel. Overall everything else was a 10 out of 10.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent stay at your hotel and to request a refund based on the poor experience I encountered. I booked the room expecting it to comfortably accommodate six people, but upon arrival, it was clear that the space was much smaller than advertised. In addition to the size issue, the condition of the room was unacceptable for the price I paid. The bathroom was in poor shape, and one of the couches was ripped and damaged, making the stay even more uncomfortable for my group. This experience did not meet the expectations set by your listing or the rate I was charged. I had already spoken to the manager on-site, Michael, who advised me to reach out directly to you regarding this issue. Given the condition of the accommodations and the misrepresentation of the space, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. Please let me know what additional information or documentation you may need from my end to process this request. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Easy, pleasant stay

We stayed one night as a family. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet wasn’t huge but well-stocked with a mix of hot and cold items. You can tell it’s had a facelift. Overall really clean, just some minor things like old/dingy light switches. The gym was bright with new equipment. Would definitely stay again.

Worked well for our family

Our boys loved the chocolate milk and muffins at breakfast. I loved all the toppings for the yogurt! Room was large and nice. We used the beds and pull-out couch. Close proximity to Silver Sands State Park, where we spent several hours one morning.
