This was a great weekend VRBO, close to downtown and to the Belmont campus.The apt. was bright and clean. You can not check in prior to 3 pm. which wasn't a huge deal. There was seating outside under umbrellas.

Property was great and just as listed - perfect area - short walk to restaurants - only reason I listed communication as less than 4-5 stars is I asked 2 questions in the app and never got a response. We did call when we got there and communicated at that point. One of the questions I had I asked a week or so before checking in was about payment that I didn’t get an answer to.

My husband and I stayed here for a kid-free getaway. It was perfect! We loved the location and the level of cleanliness. It was easy to check in and out and all communication was timely and clear. I highly recommend this stay! We look forward to returning.

Perfect location

We had a great experience. Close to food and entertainment. We will definitely be back. We travelled with our baby, so the sound machines were a nice touch. The bed/ pillows were super comfy! Such a beautiful area and property.

Great location. Nice unit. Get earplugs

Everything about this location is great ! The only negative was noise levels. Being right next to a walkable street means lots of 2AM people talking loud ( and upstairs neighbors too). So bring earplugs and you will be golden.

Great Spot away from Broadway Insanity

This is a cool little complex away from the insanity of Broadway. Quiet, love the outdoor space. The coffee shop down the street is a must do...food and coffee were delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

Funky Little Place - Great Location

I really enjoyed staying here. The layout of the condo was perfect and was very clean. Loved the music-themed décor. The location was great as I liked being a bit out away from downtown and Broadway, which was a 24-hour party, but close enough for a short Uber ride. Having parking onsite was a really plus.

Great location and place, missing some communication

This place was very cute, even the pull out couch was comfortable! The kitchen had all the needed amenities and it was be dry clean! My only complaint is that we got two different door codes and when I asked for confirmation of which was correct, I never got an answer. Additionally, we were checking out really early and I messaged to ask for any check out instructions and did not get a response.

Great place for the price

The property is nice and was clean and well stocked.A couple of things to consider though. We were on the bottom floor which we thought would be good since there’s no elevator but turns out parking is on the top floor making loading and unloading up and down 2 flights of stairs a little much. Upstairs neighbor was pretty loud all hours of the night. I’d stay again but upstairs!
