Great 2-couple getaway home

Beautiful 2bed, 2bath home - perfect for sightseeing by day and relaxing and games by evening. Good internet and TVs in both bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood, but quick drive to destinations. Perfect coffee shop just around the corner! Retrograde Coffee and Drinks!

Disappointed

We’ve discovered that we aren’t sleeping well on the foam mattresses that many vacation rentals now provide. As a result, we made several inquiries before choosing this property. We were told “regular mattresses, not memory foam” so we booked. When we arrived and realized the mattresses were rock hard foam, we were shocked!We felt misled by the management company and feel they intentionally did so to get the booking.Pros: Convenient location for checking out Nashville, nice complex in semi-okay area. Modern decor. Nicely appointed Primary bedroom/bathroom.Cons: Both bedrooms are upstairs (19 steps). Second bedroom/bathroom VERY small and difficult to maneuver with two people. Property was pretty abused overall (walls, baseboards, etc.) and semi-clean. Shower heads were wimpy in both showers. Coffee was NOT provided as advertised. Bare basics in kitchen.

Cute little place, great communication from host

The host was very responsive, check-in was easy, and they accommodated a later checkout with a very reasonable price. Super nice! Two en-suites was a really great and rare feature, perfect for two couples staying. The second bedroom is really small, but there is a closet through the bathroom that we could set our suitcase in which made it easier to manage. All said, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendliness and communication from the host!

Annual SEC getaway

The property was perfect for our needs. However, whomever is cleaning the unit is doing a poor job. Sinks, countertops and the showers were clean—but everything else needs a good cleaning. All flat surfaces (bedside tables, windowsills, picture frames, light fixtures and baseboards) were very dusty/dirty. The unit is spacious and nicely decorated. A good cleaning would make it so much better!

Great for the price

We enjoyed our time staying at this property! The host was great to send a guide for our stay and it included plenty of recommendations about the area. During our stay at this property, we wished there were more bedding options and a bit larger closet space. We also wished for more local places to eat, but the Thai restaurant was good! Plan on Ubering a good amount if you don’t rent a car. It was within walking distance to the Centennial Park and the Parthenon. Overall, we had a great stay in Nashville.

Great experience

This property is very nice with modern finishes and decor. Very comfortable. We had 4 people so the 3 bathrooms were appreciated. We are coffee drinkers so having that provided was great. Highly recommend.

Short stay with Family

Great place to stay clean and only 8-10 min from downtown. Unit is great for 4 people, we were a group of 6 a little tight , but overall a great place as we pretty much only slept and showered there because we were out doing activities for 15-16 hours daily.

Although the location is close to everything, it’s in a very sketchy neighborhood. My buddy’s driver side window got bashed out our first night. We didn’t feel safe walking around the area of this property. There were small holes in the wall on the main floor, one of the bed frames upstairs had bolts missing and, no trash can in the main floor bathroom.

Awesome time in Nashville

The place was great! Accessible and very clean...all thumbs up.....only concern is location...seemed to be some homeless folks walking around, but that seems to be the norm in Nashville...I will say that there WERE security cameras installed, so kudos to the owner......Awesome place and would def stay there again!

Modern but full of fruit flies

As advertised the unit was relatively new and modern. The listing states both beds are queen size - only one was. The amenities are a good walk from the unit. Our biggest issue with the property was the fruit flies - several garbage bins located behind the patio doors of this unit were overflowing from day 1- we opened the doors once and the rest of the week we fought the fruit flies inside . We were careful to remove our garbage daily and did not leave any dirty dishes or food out. Lastly, as mentioned in prior reviews- this place needs a thorough cleaning - walls , baseboards, doors and moldy shower curtain should be cleaned or replaced.
