Everything was great except the roaches. Didn’t see them the first night but did afterwards. When getting on elevator a gentleman stated he had seen some in his room as well. When leaving the front desk to tell them and show them one we killed. A lady from a different floor said she had killed 7 alone in her room last night

Staff is great, Room not so much. Mold in guest shower room, Their is an odor as soon as you walk in the door. Floors need to be washed, Had to wear sandals in unit or your feet/socks would get dirty. Amenities are good and parking is convenient.

The room and floor was not clean. Toilet was not cleaned. There were roaches and nats in the area where I was studying. I spoke with the front desk. They never offered me another room. I did not see housekeeping until the last day I was leaving. I will those who are in charge what I experience during my birthday weekend.

My room had mold there was a note to go to from dest for cleaning supplies and and when we did they had an attitude. When we checked in they also was rude didn’t explain anything to us parking anything.
