Property check in office was located miles from the property. Property address was at 21st avenue south and check in/out was 35th avenue north! The front desk at property was locked and cluttered with boxes and other stuff. We were Not told that room key had to be used Everywhere in the building or that parking lot was across the street. I am physically limited and have handicap access permit. There were 4 spots in front of building only and always full. Elevator was out of service when we arrived so we had to wait to go up. Room was reasonably clean but could do with a deep clean. Fridge door was rusted and dented and it did not fit properly in the space it was in so the door wouldn’t open all the way. The sofa and chair had a few small stains but was comfortable. The bed was very nice and comfortable. The bath was very nice and clean. The balcony was perfect and so was view. The pool area and restaurant was perfect. We had a pizza there that was delicious. Beach just a few steps away and lifeguard was there as well. Overall good stay but we will not stay again because of lack of handicap parking and inconvenience of checking in and out. We were required to drive back to check out and deliver the key.
