"Airport shuttle stops at 10 pm so we had to get a taxi. The driver insisted we pay him in cash (without change) or twice the amount in credit card. While my husband stood his ground with the driver, I told the hotel front desk, Shateria. She went out to the driver and confronted him on his illegal scam. It was amazing to see how she stood up for us. She even apologized that we had to put up with that treatment and gave us some free waters for our room. Way to go Comfort Suites for having a fearless and bold employee! We would highly recommend this hotel."

"I would stay here again. I had stayed on the day after a cruise and we were able to get early check in at noon. It would have been a 5 across the board but the pool area was having some kind of issue. We were allowed to use the pool at the hotel across the street since it had the same owners though."

"The only problem was the dishwasher had about 1inch of water in the bottom and we couldn’t use it. You had to be a member for a free water upon check in. It was being sold to us for $1.50 each right beside checkin "
