Lobby area was nice to sit and enjoy the fireplace. Cute little touches like the marshmallows for roasting and the tea in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms and even the sauna area could use a bit of an upgrade as it seems like it's probably been a while but that is minor compared to the great experience. Also, take note that the food everywhere in the area is quite expensive. Would highly recommend. "
