The hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return to The Palms hotel for my next vacation. The location is great. No need to rent a car. Just Uber from Miami International for $25 and take the free trolley bus that goes up and down Collins avenue is you want to see South Beach. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach. Very convenient, clean, modern updates, friendly staff.

I loved the vibe in this place! food was delicious. they helped me get in a bit early to steam my gown and attend a gorgeous wedding here. hallway was a little loud at night with guests on my floor, but that was probably just excited guests from one of the weddings. Next time I'll ask to stay away from the elevator:)

We stayed June 16-20, 2026. Bathrooms are very small toilet and sink on one side of entry and shower and sink on the other. During our stay one of the two elevator was broke down and wait time could be up to 10mins.( the elevator broke down while we in it ) our room (522)was right out side the elevator so it got noisy while ppl gathered outside our door to wait for the elevator. Only double beds not queens if you require accommodations for 3 ppl can be a tight fit . Room had a nice view of the pool ,
