We booked the hotel to enjoy the spa area for our recovery. The sauna was too cold and this was due to the gaps at rhe glas door to each side. And they know about it. The steam room was way too hot and everyone ran out after mac 5 min because it was even hard to sit there. And they knew about it. And the pressure shower would have been nice but the temperature couldnt be adjusted and it was on hot. Also not usable… the only thing working was the jacuzzi and the plunge pool. For sure the jacuzzi was full of people…. we left frustrated

My husband and I had an amazing time. The only thing is that if they ask what are you celebrating they should gift a small detail. We were celebrating our anniversary. They asked us and it would have been nice to see them recognize that. Other than that it was a very nice stay.
