Everything about the stay was perfect! The pool was clean and warm, the home is fully furnished, and the beds were so comfy! Would definitely book again!

Loved the house and the central location along the Florida Keys. It had everything we needed for a few days stay. The host was very responsive to our needs. The pool was nice and refreshing at the end of a hot day. There is some construction going on behind the house but the host let us know in advance. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our spring break get away! The pool was amazing! Duck key is very beautiful! The only negative for me was the inability to have a grill due to HOA regulations.

Great Place

Loved our time here! So great to have a pool to relax in at the end of the day. Just remember your bug spray…lots of mosquitos!

We had a wonderful week here! Great location between Islamorada and Marathon. House was very clean, just as described, and we loved having the pool. Our host was very friendly before, during, and after our stay and very responsive to questions. We especially appreciated the link to the list of local recommendations including beaches, restaurants, and other activities. Highly recommend!

This home was very clean and tidy and extremely comfortable. The pool was a lovely temperature to swim and relax in. The outside area was kept nice and we loved watching the Geckos and Iguanas. We also enjoyed having our morning coffee on the upstairs veranda.We would recommend staying at this property, unfortunately at the time we stayed, we did encounter some noise from the diggers etc, as a communal pool is being built just behind the garden, however this was not the owners fault as he had been told all the heavy work had been finished and he did refund us a nights stay due to the noise.

The host responded quickly. The house is very comfortable. We had a small problem with the pool, but i sent a text at about 7pm and the next day it was all set.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The layout was ideal for our family, with plenty of space for everyone. Lots of family talk and laughter sharing the day's boat stories in the pool. Communication with the host made everything seamless. It was a much needed and perfect vacation. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Nice neighborhood, clean house with good amenities. Loved the pool and the patio. The only downsides were the AC broke on the first day. Couldn't be easily fixed since it's an older unit. Owner should consider replacing it before summer. Also there was really loud construction right behind the unit. If you're planning a stay soon you might look for a different place. Manager was very responsive to our messages. The issues we had were just bad luck/timing. Overall a good experience other than those 2 issues.

For his 80th birthday, my dad wanted to visit the Florida Keys for the first time. We could not have chosen a better property for our home base between day trips. 6 adults and all agreed the beds were comfortable, linnens soft and clean, TP was high quality, comfortable seating for movie night, dining table also made a great game night space, kitchen well stocked, and the host was available and super helpful when we couldn't get the front door open. From the upstairs balcony we could see that this property had extra touches outside that set it apart from the neighbors. Comfortable seating and tables were plentiful and the back yard landscaping around the pool completely encased us in tropical relaxation. The group was divided in half about the pool temp. It was mid June and the weather was hot, the pool was bath water warm which 3 thought was awesome, and 3 thought needed to be at least 5 degrees cooler to be refreshing. Be aware there is only a half bath on the 1st floor, no shower. So if you have anyone in your group who can't manage the steep stairs to the second floor it could be an issue. Our group managed just fine, but did cause adult children to worry (probably needlessly) about the 80 somethings going up and down. If you are looking at this property, book it! I know we will be back next year.
