Not as expected - Disappointed
I have rented several units in this complex over the years. This one was the worst experience for a few reasons.
1. Communication - I sent several emails to the host with no response. We didn’t get a check in email with codes to enter the building or the unit. This host asks that you use an app to access everything but it doesn’t work and the codes listed in the app didn’t work. It was very frustrating.
2. We had to buy paper towels and trash bags as none were provided. The kitchen was sparse and only had a few mismatched cups.
3. Not sure if the cleaning crew were even there before we showed up as there was food particles on the kitchen floor, standing dirt in the showers, dirty windows, and someone’s yoga pants under the bed.
4. We had 5 guests in this unit. There were 4 bath towels in the entire place. I messaged to get more and crickets. Also there was no detergent for the washing machine so we couldn’t even start the laundry as the rules indicate we are supposed to do.
5. This is picky, but the beds were like concrete.
For as much as we paid to rent the unit I expected more.
