"Very nice clean room, breakfast was very good, friendly staff "

"Just ok. Nice staff at desk - but room was poor, beds had bare box springs , no skirt, uncomfortably hard, old and worn. Duvet was paper thin and there were no extra blankets for cold rooms. Pillows and towels were cheap and old, scratchy towels. Bathroom amenities were teensy. No extra toilet paper or kleenex. Phone was broken and message light kept flashing. Breakfast was sub par. Pancake station ran out of bYter, batter cups, spray for pancake maker. Coffee was cheap, acidic. Powdered eggs and cold sausage. Overall like 2 stars but ok for one night in a pinch when other hotels were twice as much or fully booked"

"I didn’t realize the hotel was under construction and the room options were slim. The staff was nice and attempted to accommodate for the inconvenience. It wasn’t really much they could. Renovation is always a good thing. "

"There was no kitchen. The room was hot and located right by the elevator. We had people wake us up constantly from 1-3 am. "

"We had a last minute change of plans due to weather- Candlewood was an exceptional choice! We will definitely book there again - clean, services were timely...perfect!"
