"We had a great stay for a week here. Large room large windows and awesome black out curtains. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. The hardwood on doors and closet were beautiful. Iam a woodworker so I noticed. The linens and duvee were exceptional. Like really comfortable. Pool was never crowded even on a Saturday. It gets some shade after about 3:00 which was a nice option. The pool crew were very attentive. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of fresh fruit, cold cuts and cheese. The hot side was pretty much the same each day but they would put in 1 or 2 different items. Had beef Bourgogne one morning and it was awesome. Everyone that works there were so friendly always saying hello. Fast check in and out. The mall downstairs was ok. Has decent little food court where you can also get bottled water. No mini market super close to hotel but lots of banks and pharmacies. A couple good restaurants nearby. It is a nice quiet part of Ave Poblado. Not far at all to Parque Poblado. I would recommend this hotel. Excellent value and high quality."

"The air conditioning do not work at this hotel. My wife was there for medical and her room. The AC did not work so they moved her to another room that A/C did not work when she was going down the next morning met a few other women that were leaving and they said that their AC didn’t work so the place has zero AC"
