I only stayed there for one night. Hotel was clean. I had a queen room. Room was small but comfortable. There was no refrigerator in the room. Shower head was not great. For one night it was fine. Breakfast was very tasty. Glad I pre payed for it online though as I saved $15.

The hotel was nice, dated but clean. Staff was kind and helpful. The area was nice and great for shopping. The restaurant looked nice, but for $27 per person for a breakfast buffet seemed steep, considering you could eat at most places for much less than that. Overall a nice, safe place to stay.

Nice and clean hotel , not much in the area just shopping outlets. But i didnt like that my room didnt have a refrigerator or a microwave and they are very strict with bringing breakfast to room . Tried to bring my fruit that i didnt finish at breakfast and she caught me walking towards the door and stopped me an said no food allowed in the rooms but i ordered take out so i was confused besides this everything else was great.

I will 100% stay at this location from now on when visiting Los Angeles. It is literally in the same area as a outdoor shopping mall that is our favorite place to go when we’re down there visiting aside from the theme parks, obviously, plenty of food and dessert places and you’re literally in the middle of both Disneyland and Universal Studios. Check you in with fresh baked yummy cookies. The most of the staff was very friendly. Your price point was decent.. Only thing to be aware of is there is no fridge in the room rooms. We brought an ice chest with our drinks and just put ice daily. I highly recommend it whether traveling for business leisure, family, or a date.

It was good but I booked it for the breakfast only to find out the breakfast is not included in the cost. It is $27 per person and I can't even eat in my room as it was dine-in only. I was very disappointed with this. The rest of the service was great and the rooms and property were exceptionally clean.
