Walk to fine dining and chic shopping from this owner operated very clean dramatic contemporary retreat. Centrally located in the coveted "West of Fairfax" zone of WeHo, the home delivers privacy & security behind iron gates and towering hedges. When you step into this sanctuary called “Modern Oasis", it will take your breath away.

The warm atmosphere and setting is filled with sweeping floor-to-ceiling double paned sliding glass doors that wash the home in natural light. Arriving guests enter through a welcoming foyer into a single space holding living, dining, family and modern kitchen; all of it unfolds surrounded by leafy views & natural greenery on 3 sides.

High-style & functional touches include a prep island with seating, state of the art stainless appliances, 7 private patios, 4 full bathrooms; 3 of which are en-suite, an architectural stairway with skylight, and a beautiful stone wall in the television area.

Two large bedrooms with huge closets and two full bathrooms, complete with walk-in showers finish the lower level.

Proceeding to the 2nd level, you’ll step onto the striking skylit stairway and enjoy two more spacious primary suites with private balconies, walk-in closets and full spa-like bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower, dual sinks and large bathtubs. A third quaint skylit bedroom, with twin bed, is ideal for small children.

These 2nd level retreats feature treetop views with a total of 4 private balconies.

THE OWNER: This home is meticulously cared for by an engaged owner, who used to live in it. He has attained Super Host & Premier Host status, retains a private cleaning team, constantly inspects it, and lives nearby to be at your service as needed.

DON’T BE FOOLED by other listings with titles like "Modern Mansions or Villas with Swimming Pools". From our experience in the market, most are typical worn and dirty “party houses” on busy streets; some right next to commercial businesses.

This was a beautiful house with great living spaces that worked well for our group of 8 people, and with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.Two of us also have chemical sensitivities and the host was incredibly helpful in making sure we had fragrance free bedding and towels. This house was even better than described and PERFECT for 3 generations attending UCLA graduations. There were 7 of us, ages 17-79. Terrific property in perfect location

My family of 5, my mother-in-law, and two friends stayed here for a week. The location was surprisingly quiet but within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the home itself was beautiful and well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent. We couldn’t have been happier with the rental and plan on coming back to this property on our next trip to LA!

Gorgeous Hidden Gem

Book now! If you are looking for a beautiful, upscale, private and modern property then this is your place! Centrally located with all the amenities you could ask for in a rental. Our family of 6 were very comfortable and our host Fred was very accommodating. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
