Upon arrival there were toenail clippings on the floor and housekeeping wasn’t great. The front desk was pleasant, but let us know that due to the weather they were just filling in and worked for a sister hotel up the street Overall, the experience could be better if housekeeping made sure to actually clean rooms.

The breakfast could have better choices (other eggs options, waffles, bacon or sausage, yogurt, etc) the $75 per pet is very expensive just for toy dogs sizes, should be different fee depending the size. All other than that is excellent

The staff at this hotel was very nice and friendly, and the room itself was comfortable. However, our experience was affected by several issues. We arrived close to midnight and had to kill over ten stink bugs in the room before we could settle in, which was very unpleasant after a long day of travel. Additionally, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom that had not been replaced, and in the shower, there was toilet paper covering a hole in the ceiling, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. While the comfort of the room and the kindness of the staff were appreciated, these problems significantly impacted our overall stay.
