They never did get the internet to work. The network connected but my system kept saying the certificates were expired and posed a security threat and I couldn't connect to internet service. The floor tiles looked like something was spilled and no one bothered to clean. The shower had pubic hair in the bottom upon check in. Beds were comfortable and they did send a cleaning person to clean the shower after I called it to their attention. Very disappointed for the cost, especially the "resort fee". Not even internet service. Staff was great. I did notice they could not even put a sticker on the door correctly.

The Rio is a nice choice with large rooms. I enjoyed staying here again. However, when I got back home, I did have a billing issue and never received a receipt. They eventually resolved the situation, but there was NO number to speak with the property directly. It took close to 2 weeks to resolve.

Room I thought was renovated but they were soft and uncomfortable the linen was itchy low quality carpet stained. Disappointed overall. There was an amazing food court which we enjoyed more than Guy Fieri s restaurant. The waitresses were rude while we were spending xxx amount of $$$ there. Bob and the security guard at night located at the elevators were very friendly. The slots were ridiculously tight

It is the perfect stay to go anywhere in the locations! Love the skyview and viewpoints and its clean room with everything except no coffee pot lol. Overall, I enjoyed immensely and the shows going on inside, the music I loved to feel the vibrations! Highly recommended!

I had 3 rooms for a big party. The one in the mascarade tower looked like it was in ghetto and everything from the elevator, carpet and room was disgusting. This room was used for my handicap brother who was not able to get his wheelchair in the shower to take a shower because the seat was in a weird place in the shower. I have been going to the Rio since the late 1990s. I know they are trying to get it back again but there is a long way to go. The carpet in the casino has been there since the 90s. Also, don't try to get a live person on the phone. I tried for a 2 month to book this dinner party for 20 people and 3 rooms for the people that were staying there and I had to drive there from Colorado to get it booked. Rio Rita couldn't book my room,she kept messing it up. I was on hold for a person for 4 hours one day and other times for about 1 to 2 hours. They over booked my room and I had 2 handicap rooms which I didn't book and I was charged for it even though it was not me who booked it. The hotel did. What a mess. Never again, don't waste your time going there.

Took 20min to get warm water each morning. Not very clean. When checking out had 15 bags waiting an hour for a bell person to get bags. Tried to get a cart they would not less us use one. Very disappointed in their service

The room blew a fuse, it took half a day to sort that out. The room came with 3 towels, it's a room for 4 people max. I asked for more towels never came. No ice buckets, no cups to brush teeth or drink with.
