Great get away home

We loved everything about our stay. The host was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The beds were so comfortable, and we all looked to find out where the pillows were from. The Kitchen was huge and just prefect for what we needed for such a big group. I would totally recommend this place, and we plan on staying again!!

Fun trip to Zion and Bryce

Our family of 4 couples had a wonderful time staying in this house. There was plenty of space for everyone. The games in the garage were really fun. We had a small issue with ants in the kitchen and a slow drain in the bathroom- but otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Pictures are deceiving in a good way

My family stayed here for a reunion, and just by looking at the pictures we thought it would be smaller than what it was and it was huge for our family of 10. There was plenty of space for everyone and it had a wonderful grill and barbecue. There were three extra small beds in the master bedroom that we were able to pull out for our younger kids to sleep on, and we were thrilled that every room had a TV. The house was really cold, and the game room was amazing. It was a wonderful place to come home to the end of the day. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing that caught us off guard were ants coming in from the back porch but that is something everyone Hass to deal with no matter where you go so we were able to get that cleared out and cleaned up.

Perfect place to unwind

Great way to relax after exploring Zion! The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Our teens and young adults loved the big screen tv and game room set up in the garage. After full days of hiking, it was great to come back to this house where everyone could spread out and have down time. Great kitchen too! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Great stay!

Fantastic property

I booked this property with my extended family for a trip to visit Zion National Park. The house is amazing. The pictures do not do the house justice, as there is so much more room than what is depicted. There was more than enough room for the whole family. While the location is a bit of a drive to Zion compared to Springdale, but it is good for access to both the Zion main entrance and the Kolob Canyon entrance. The owner was incredibly prompt with communication and quickly took care of everything we needed. There was even a small backyard playground set that my daughter enjoyed. This is a wonderful property and we would be happy to book again if we find ourselves exploring the Zion area in the future.

Zion trip

House size was great. Location was perfect for day trips to Zion. Kitchen cookware was very limited. Dirty towels were left in a drawer and some dead flies. Owner was quick to response.

Great location & family fun house

Our family had a great time at this house with all the fun activities in the garage and plenty of rooms and space. It was a great location for going to Zion or fishing at some of the local lakes/reservoirs. Our family had a very memorable visit and would recommend to other families planning a trip to Zion.

Amazing Home!

We had a crew staying here at this house for a couple weeks while they were working on a big event in town. Perfect reviews from all of them with no complaints. A ton of beds, entertainment and everything was working great. I would definitely recommend renting this home! We will be back again next year!

This home is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Perfect for large families/groups. It has everything you need. Great location if you are going to Zion and Bryce Canyon. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. Owner Derrick is easy to communicate with.

Family Trip to Zion National Park

Awesome home, perfect for families. Open floor plan with large kitchen and family room as well as fun games in the garage and backyard playground were ideal for a wonderful holiday with extended family. Zion Trip with Friends

I recently stayed here with 14 friends. The place is so beautiful and very spacious. We had everything we needed and Derrick was very good at communicating. We realized that the coffee maker wasn’t working properly. When I communicated with Derrick, he was very quick to offer to get us a replacement. We had Keurig pods, so we were able to do without it, but it was nice of Derrick to offer it. The house was very clean. The drive to Zion National Park wasn’t too bad. It was about 25 minutes away. This house has everything and more. We absolutely loved staying here.

Perfect for our family visit to Zion

This house was big, comfortable, and fun for our whole family. We loved the games in the garage, the climbing/swing set and grill in the yard, and the kids TV room. The kitchen was well stocked. There were comfortable places for everyone to get good sleep and baths/showers for privacy. The kids loved the bunk beds. Just a short drive to Zion.
