"The staff are superior to the best 5star hotels. From simple checkin and exquisite accommodations in family room overlooking cathedral square, to the gourmet breakfast included the experience was ideal. When visiting g Barcelona, either with family, on business, or by myself, this is the only place in Barcelona that I will be able to stay in the future. They spoiled us!!! Even with breakfast boxes when we had to catch early flights back to The States. Honestly, location, staff and accommodations are exceptional. "

"We had a wonderful 5-night stay! Everyone was so lovely. The renovated family room is gorgeous, spacious, and clean! Housekeeping was great and the hotel even gave me a treat on my birthday!
