On the morning of my departure, housekeeping arrived before 9 am, knocked once and without waiting opened the door. Since checkout is 11 am I was surprised that housekeeping would let themselves in so early. I also never received a receipt for my stay. At the bar service was so slow I had to flag down a staff person twice to get a drink. A disappointing stay!"
