Loved the staff - so friendly and the breakfast guy was really helpful! I feel that ice should be available on every floor and not just 1 and 3, but overall the room was clean and fresh smelling, and there's a good, casual restaurant within walking distance. Also the hotel seems very quiet so we appreciated a good nights sleep! We didn't find any option for Netflix (weird), but everything else was lovely!
