For a solo traveller it was a great stay. Loved having a washer dryer to catch up on my laundry. Located within walking distance to prime tourist destinations. Deep tub was very clean and perfect to soak in after long day walking in snow and cold. English friendly staff.

Next to the station and shopping areas. I was at the 13th floor for that price. The view was amazing. The hotel room and bathroom are clean. I had very nice sleep and rest at night after exploring during the day.

The staff are warm and hospitable, the breakfast selection is amazing and we especially loved the snacks and coffee provided throughout the day including Happy Hour cocktails and Late night ochazuke. The onsen within the hotel was especially appreciated since it was winter. The onsen facilities are clean and modern, and the hotel provides tattoo stickers for anyone who needs it.
