If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Our family booked this property a month in advance, payment was taken and a confirmation number was given. We drove from out of state all day with children to arrive at the property that was already being used by "the owners friend". The owner stated they had "no knowledge of our booking and that they couldn't accommodate us". Even with booking it a month in advance and having a confirmation number. We had to fork over even more money to find lodging on our own for the duration of our stay which was close to $1,000 because of our family size and spring break. The owner didn't offer a reimbursement so now we're trying to get our money back through Vrbo and having to jump through hoops to get reimbursed. I gave it all one stars because we never got to step foot in the house, never received an apology and feel like we were seriously taken advantage of and ripped off. So book at your own risk. We will never again!
