Honestly the hotel is totally fine! It seems to have been recently renovated but there are occasional wonky features, like sink fixtures that bump into the mirror and poor shower ventilation, and it isn't walkable at all, but if you rent a car or are fine using ride shares to get where you need it's solid! Close to the airport as well which was convenient, and they have a complimentary airport shuttle which is cool! For my purposes, it served me me just fine and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to someone else if they have a reliable transport option! Staff was very friendly and helpful as well!

Very friendly staff. Breakfast is very good for what it is. Fitness room has nicely functioning treadmills, however should include a full weight rack. Only issue is the cosmetic damage of the toilet-paper holder and Television signal malfunction.

Ugh. Not all Hyatt’s are created equal. We were only here 8 hours and it was 8 hours too long. Bathroom was moldy, breakfast was served on styrofoam.

This property reeked of pesticides spray entering the building. The staff greeted me with a 2yr old child running around the lobby. I put my suitcase down inside the room and immediately looked for another hotel. The hotel is not in a good neighborhood and I suggest NO ONE BOOK this hotel.

Appears to have had a face lift. That’s nice I had to get a Lyft because I gave up waiting for the shuttle after an hour and 15min!!! Thirsty from flying in and waiting for the shuttle requested 2 waters and charged. No customer recover service for the inconvenience of waiting and never getting picked up after multiple calls to ask. When am I getting picked up. Then arrived to find the TV not working due to wind so no channels to watch but my friend at the hotel next door had cable so it seems to be the Hyatts internet service or cable. No phone in the room to call the front desk. Worst experience from a name I believed to trust. Unexceptable. Don’t advertise what isn’t truthful. There isn’t a shuttle service it is a we come to pick you up when we feel like it …..or not.

Stay there monthly. Good stay for business. Been updated since i been staying. Not bad. Tip for the hotel would be to clean the door jams of the elevators, base boards, corners of elevators, and touch paint on all wood chips in lobby and around the property.
