Overall good stay. The views are great given the hotel's location. Good sleep and it was very quiet. Good shower water pressure. The bathroom amenities are fine but subpar for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. The pho soup needed to be hotter tough.

Excellent customer service! Staff were most helpful and polite. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The place is centrally-located. We had a beautiful view of the cityscape with the mountains as backdrop from our room!

The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling

"Stayed for 1 night in a deluxe room which overlooked the street. Nice room clean and spacious but bed was very hard (even by Vietnam standards). Staff were excellent. Good location . Breakfast was very minimal and I ate outside instead as even the watered down juice and coffee wasn’t that good. "
