"Excellent location. Very well maintained property. Very courteous staff. When we arrived early at around 10am, a room was ready and they gave it to us without trying to scam us asking for an early check in fee or making us wait. There was a minor issue with the room and this was resolved immediately. Riverside folks have earned our loyalty "

"A good place to stay. The room was clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly, the beach experience was great, and the food at the restaurant was very good. The location is also excellent, with many restaurants nearby. Two things that could be improved: First, the pool/beach area has only one restroom (maybe there was another one for men, but I am not sure), and it was not clean most of the time. Second, the bathroom was spacious and included both a nice bathtub and a large showerhead. However, the protective glass next to the showerhead did not cover enough of the shower area, so water constantly spilled out no matter what we tried. After every shower, we had large puddles of water on the floor and had to use towels to absorb it. I would recommend either extending the protective glass or adding a handheld shower attachment to the bathtub so guests can comfortably shower there instead."
