"This place is incredible I highly recommend it, if you are looking to stay at a calm , relaxing and peaceful place. The music is pleasant and relaxing never loud or overwhelming. Chill vibes for families and a sense of safety. If you are looking for rest/relaxation please book now. Its so beautiful with a variety flowers and tropical plants throughout the entire property and a pristine beach everything is well maintained. I stayed at a tiny house right in front of the beach the porch outside is very cute and the rooms are large air conditioned and fashionably decorated, simply and beautifully decorated and they are also available to bring drinks on request to the beach. They have a small shop with cute beach clothes and artisan made purses, bracelets and some bathing auits, toothpaste, pads, flip flops ,toothbrushes. I loved every minute and spent most of my time at the beach where they have ample hammocks and palm covered coves for beach chairs and wood tables to place drinks in.I'd like to have my wedding here and will be returning and staying longer <3. Ruth our server was really sweet and friendly, the staff is doing great work. The only recommendation would be a dedicated house for hair-dos and make up to take photos. One staff available that does hair in one of the little houses and make up for photos. Also I didnt ask service or childcare options but since its a small place I dont know if available. "I understand it's an eco-friendly hotel but finding 3 very large roaches in my bathroom our first night was shocking. The worst part was that since it was around 11pm there was no staff until the next day to get is another room. My wife did not want to sleep in that room so we had to go hunt for another hotel at midnight. Since this is a small town practically all hotels had no staff working at that time so we could not get a room anywhere and had to return to this hotel and make do. The next day we spoke at front desk and they said they were fully booked and had no other room to give us. They did perform a thorough cleaning of the room since we would have to stay there the second night. Unfortunately again we had roaches the second night as well. We complained to the manager but she said there wasn't much she could do due to the hotel's location and the time of year when roach presence increases. She first offered us a free dessert or a glass of wine.......as if that would get me back the hours of sleep we lost. After I mentioned I would have to put in a bad review she raised her offer to dinner......same difference. She really didn't seem to be concerned about us or the situation. However the staff was the opposite, they all went out of their way to help remedy the situation and make us feel better. In the end, aside from the hotel staff, we are quite upset over this experience. Disgusting roaches in our bathroom, lost hours of sleep, and an unapologetic hotel manager."
