Very clean, sizeable rooms. The cafe is very nice. The staff are attentive, polite and professional. The hotel is just steps from one of the world's biggest Christkindlmarket. It's located near nice shops, cafes and restaurants.

Everything but the front staff were great. Front staffs weren't "bad", perse, they were just not engaged at all (and all 3 different ones i talked to during the stay). Friendlier staffs could have elevated the experience.

Staff was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet even though my room faced the train station. Didn't hear a single thing overnight. The location can't be beat and I would stay here again.
