"the hotel facilities, staff, food all excellent. Where the information was misleading was that the small beach is a public beach massively overcrowded by day trippers who were rowdy and left much of their litter on the beach hence very few residents used the beach. The 2 days I used it there were 2 residents (going by the identification of the hotel towels) and 127 'others' and the second day there were 3 until the afternoon by which time we had left the beach to the day trippers, their music, litter, alcohol and cliff jumping. The second is even more horrendous, if you wanted to take a short cut or scenic rout to the hotel, be warned it is a public toilet, wander a metre or so from the hotel concrete path into the forest and you are into the public beach users toilet. OK the staff apologise and explain that it is the countries policy to allow free access to all the countries coast line and there is nothing they can do. So be warned if you book a premier site and pay a premium fee in Croatia it is only for the hotel facility's,"
