I liked the proximity to the gondola and restaurants, the onsite pool/slide and game room. I also appreciated how late these were open. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. For the price I felt it was a very reasonable had what we were looking for for a family friendly stay. Room for improvement…more protein options for breakfast, the tap beer they supposedly serve never seemed to be available ( when I asked they said it would be open from 12 to 4. That seems like odd hours. Help a Spring Break Mama out! ) Not sure what the policy is, but when we requested maid services our beds were not made any of the days.

The hotels indoor pool was the best thing about this property. Our kiddos loved the pool. I will say it was a little on the small side. The rooms were small as well. The rooms were clean but the trash cans by the elevators were constantly over flowing. Room service does not make beds. The continental breakfast was constantly out of certain things like milk. With how busy this hotel is it would be nice for them to update some things.

It is a good property from convenience point of view. The room was clean and had all that is required. Very basic breakfast. The lady at the reception had no welcoming gesture. So bland/poor reaction, when you are excited to bring your family for a vacation.

4 day stay Had to keep going to the front desk to retrieve clean towels and for room service, the people at the front desk seem pretty annoyed that i even asked for anything.

We had a nice stay. The only part we couldn't stand was the sound of traffic at night. We have a small child so we even use a sound machine but it wasn't loud enough to drown out traffic or engine breaks. I assume this would only be a concern if your room backed to the highway. Ask to be in a room that faces the parking lot if this is an issue for you too.
