Our room was immaculate, with daily housekeeping, turn‑down service, and thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee, water, and a mini‑bar. The half‑board option was excellent — a generous breakfast buffet and the choice of lunch or dinner, all at restaurant‑quality standards. With two pools (one lively with a bar, one peaceful) and a perfect beachfront location, the hotel delivers incredible sunsets every evening. "We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice chairs overlooking the water. Meals were excellent too. Thank you!"
