Property manager, Vacasa, made what should have been a great, month-long stay into a frustrating debacle. They knew for 8 months before we arrived that there was going to significant construction going on next door (15 ft away) during the month we were there and never disclosed it. Since we had to keep the windows open all day, it was very loud. When we arrived the internet and TV didn't work for 5 days and when it started working it wasn't private - we had planned to work there during the month and couldn't. The oven didn't work, the freezer leaked and was frozen shut. The third floor was comprised only of the master suite BUT they locked all the closets up there so we had to stay in a small guest room on the first floor. We were there for a month and garbage was never picked up no matter how many times we asked. The house location was great but STAY AWAY FROM VACASA!

Great space and location, could use more basic items

House is very spacious with enough bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and gathering space for a larger group. Great location too, off Main St. in Frisco. Could use more basic amenities like toilet paper (we ran out), shampoo, conditioner, soap, and utensils. Advertised a coffee maker but only came with a keurig with a few k-cups for a group for 4 nights.

Wonderful location

The home is large and comfortable. The location is wonderful - within walking distance to town, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and the sound of the river. For the most part, the home had everything that we needed for a family reunion of 10 adults and teens. We did have to ask one family member to bring a casserole dish at the last minute, since there were none in the kitchen. The house is advertised as a 4-bed, 4-bath which it is. But it should be noted that two bedrooms on the lower floor share a (large) bath. The 4th "bath" is off of the kitchen/living area and not next to a bedroom. Our biggest issue was the dishwasher did not clean the dishes, so we ended up washing dishes by hand for the entire week. It worked, just left them as dirty as when they went in. Quite a hassle on vacation - although we turned it into a family affair and enlisted the help of the teens. I noticed that a previous guest mentioned that they had to wash dishes also - so hopefully the owner can get the dishwasher replaced soon. On the next to the last day, the garage door opener broke down. Luckily we were able to open it manually to get the car out. I reported this and the dishwasher issue to the property manager by text, so hopefully they were able to get them fixed before the next guest arrived. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation here and used the large kitchen and table for family dinners and nightly card games. Really enjoyed opening the windows to listen to the river.

Great house layout

House was very clean. excellent layout and large kitchen; The pots, pans and small appliances need upgraded. Dishwasher didn’t clean well. House is at a great location ; Close to shuttle stop and walking distance to town. We would stay there again.

Nice location! We could walk a short distance up the road and catch the bus to Copper to go skiing. A perfect size for our whole group.

Great location and home

Beautiful home with plenty of amenities. I cook many meals so they could use some newer skillets, :) but over all great time. Lots of steps because of being a 3 story home, but wasn't bad for us.

The kitchen!!! Omg!! The location. Amazing. So much space. I was disappointed in the property manager responses but I don’t hold the owner accountable for that. Such a sweet quaint town.

Great Location / Great Views

Quick extended family trip up to the mountains with our little ones. Great views of Mount Royal and a nice stream in the back! The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in, the three bedrooms on the basement floor were great for the kids, and the mater suite was nice on the top floor!

Great location and spacious

We enjoyed family at all times in the spacious first floor open area. The deck was a nice space for us to enjoy the view and contain the little one. The second floor master suite is Beautifil.

Great house but beware of property manager

Overall the house is great- lots of space, walking distance to town, and allows up to 4 dogs which is unusual! But beware of the management company (vacasa). They were responsive when adding additional dogs/paying more before out stay but the minute there was an issue they became extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. First issue that went ignored was that they were still cleaning the house when we got there 1 hr after the check in time. There was also a door to the deck that didn’t lock that neighbors told us has been the case for months and a shower that didn’t work. Throguh the VRBO app vacasas customer service team was unhelpful then punted me to VRBO who told me I need to speak to vacasa and you can only outreach vacasa corporate. When I spoke to vacasa corporate they told me they couldn’t do much bc the local mgmt team makes decisions and I’ve been waiting weeks for a resolution. Long story short, it’s a great property and overall we enjoyed our stay but I will never stay at another vacasa property on the off chance I have an issue and need help.

Good. Could Be Great

This is a great house in a fantastic location in Frisco. Unfortunately there are a lot of small issues/details that should be addressed. Beds are not comfortable in a couple rooms. Kitchen has a lot of "stuff" but not practically stocked or organized. Closet doors off tracks and blinds not working in bedrooms. Wonderful deck but not very good furniture and photos on listing are winter pictures. Garage is a mess and there is no direction on what to do with garbage. The trash can was full when we got there and we had to leave several more full bags in the garage. Absolutely no information on when we were supposed to put trash out. And its colorado so you just can't leave trash cans outside. Contacted Vacasa about this early in our stay but like every other time I contacted them it took a few days to get any kind of response. We had a great time but improvements need to be made by owner and management company

Mountain Joy

We chose this home based on it's location, as we came to Colorado to ride the "Triple Bypass" bike event and it exceeded in every way. Super spacious and comfortable...and was right by the bike paths, hiking trails and walking distance to restaurants. Can't wait to return!

Poor repair

Mostly great but hole in kitchen ceiling, kitchen and upstairs bath floor in disrepair. In the pandemic finding a bed with not only comforter but also dirty sheets on bed is inexcusable. Would I stay again, yes but would expect repairs to be made and cleaner on arrival.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

This is a very nice house in a very good location. We had plenty of room for our group of 9 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen was awesome! We had an issue with the kitchen sink faucet, called and a couple maintenance guys were there within a couple hours and installed a new faucet. We love the Frisco area and enjoyed the skiing!
