The room was dirty, mold in the shower, floors were dirty, the lounge chair was ripped and balcony floor was dirty, the windows were so dirty they were cloudy, furniture stained, towels and sheets weren't soft, room service took too long and they forgot things. No soap or towel or paper towels in kitchen, had to call to get supplies, stove stained. I had to pay for an umbrella on the beach for our chairs on the beach and had to sit where I could barely see the ocean, people were walking off the streets and taking chairs for free in front of us. Got reservations for Nube and people were just walking in and crowding our table so we left before dinner. Very expensive vacation, very disappointing.

This was a nice property. Directly across from Beach / ocean views nice pool. Couple things I did not like… the daily resort fee of 50$ didn’t include all chairs or umbrellas, the elevator took forever one was broken / stairs did not go all the way up or down, Towels and tissues were not always replaced. Staff didn’t explain dos and don’t of property places where you could sit or not sit on deck. Place was clean/ nice / near everything . Beach beautiful/ would I stay again yes…. But the elevator had extremely long waits.

The stay was ok. We ran out of toilet paper two separate times. Housekeeping did not restock. We had to wait over an hour to get into our room when we arrived. Guaranteed check in is at 4 and it was well after 5 when we finally were able to get into our room. Second day there we could not get a beach chair since they were all taken. We had a kitchen but zero cooking utensils. Had to request some and only received the bare minimum not even enough to have a cup of coffee.

The property was overall a good experience. I am not happy with the elevator service. I feel as if we spent more time waiting on elevators than anything else. They took a significant time to arrive and many times were full and we had to wait again. One elevator was only for the rooftop leaving 3 left with many guests coming and going.

Valet was not ideal for $60 a day you would think they would be more kind . They receive you at check in very kind and serve you but through out the stay car wasn’t ready and at check out the rush you to get out . And please don’t bother with your automated responses that all hotels do self generated that never reach management .

Out of 4 elevators only 2 were in working order. Always a wait foe the elevayor The hotel charged $64 per night to park my rental car! Ridiculous! The pool area was very crowded and congested. The seats were too close together and not a big enough pool for that sized hotel. Children under 10 should have a separate pool The bed was warped and uncomfortable The a/c blowers in the bedroom are poorly placed blowing air directly onto the bed while sleeping. I woke up every morning with a sore throat! I had to complain that housekeeping missed our room entirely our 2nd day there I did like the laminate flooring in the room however it wasn't freshly mopped during housekeeping. Maybe just swept or vacuumed My husbands feet were dirty from walking on it. I wore flipflops and socks Non english speaking nor unserstanding housekeepers. Didn't know what i was asking for. I just wanted non feathered pillows due to my allergies. That was a challenge. In America we speak English. Learn the language The restaurants were very good however breakfast was ridiulously overpriced and very slow service Same could be said about the bar and bar service. The servers and food runners w were very good attentive and good sercice. And the pool staff also did a fine job! They were Very accommodating. I am the one who noticed the hot tub was very low on water and notifed rhe pool staff. That hot tub was closed for the last 2 days of our visit. Beauriful view and great access to the beach. The elevator situation was very bad. 1 of 4 reserved for a roof top bar. 1 elevator out, so 2 elevators supported all guests. The wait was time consuming and frustrating. The street to pool elevator was also out making people traffic very poor. Otherwise we love the property, have been multiple times, but the elevator situation lowered the rating.

Not the same as it was….

We have stayed here before as a family. This was not a great time. I was told I would be notified when our room was ready. I was not. I had to keep going to the desk. Waiting for elevators, chairs, towels, umbrellas and drinks all week. Not good. Paying for extra chairs is ridiculous after already paying for the resort fees! I paid $2000 for the room for 4 people. I am a Hilton honors member. That should equal 4 free chairs. I had to call multiple times to get linens for the ancient fold out sofa. Again, we have 4 people so that should have already been intuitive that we needed the extra linens. It took forever. Credit cards could not be taken at the cafe and only one register worked. Again, delays. The drink/ food process at the beach is backwards. Someone should be bringing ice and food to the beach. Not the ladies walking back and forth. The drink/ food stand was left unattended for large amounts (up to a half hour) of time as a result. Other families we spoke with were not happy. It just seems like the hotel and beach vendor are not prepared for a normal crowd.

Very nice hotel. Exceeded my expectations for a Hilton property. The hotel pictures actually was the real deal. Will definitely stay there again!
